Andrew Robinson, Founder and CEO – Mr. Robinson previously formed Right Choice Services, a marketing fulfillment firm serving Fortune 500 CPG companies. Prior to Right Choice, Andy held positions with Fulfillment Systems, Inc. where he worked as Vice President. David Carlick, VP of Publishing & Director – Mr. Carlick has been a venture investor in online marketing companies since the late-1990s. Mr. Carlick was an early co-founder of DoubleClick (NASDAQ: DCLK), a director of Ask Jeeves (NASDAQ: ASKJ) from 2001 through its 2005 acquisition by Interactive Corp (IACI), and Chairman of Intermix Media, parent of MySpace.com, (AMEX: IMIX) through its acquisition by News Corp in 2005. Robert Krajeski, VP of Digital Marketing – Mr. Krajeski brings a unique marketing skill set to GSN which combines extensive digital, consumer product and retail marketing. As Director of eBusiness for Albertsons and SUPERVALU, Bob created and developed the digital marketing and advertising department for the country’s second largest traditional grocery retailer. As co-founder and President / CEO of iActive, Inc., he led the development and introduction of some of the grocery industry’s first internet based cooperative marketing programs connecting retailers and manufacturers. His consumer marketing experience includes directing the marketing departments of Scripto-Tokai Corp. and Borden, Inc. (Laura Scudder’s) where he launched dozens of market leading products including a new industry category, “Restaurant Style” tortilla chips and strips. His previous marketing experience also includes brand management at Alberto Culver and American Home Products. Albin Andolshek, VP Communications – Mr. Andolshek’s career at GSN began as a Manager of Retail Sales Development where he helped build the Company’s retail base. His role quickly progressed and expanded to Director of Business Planning and Development which included strategic funding, growth and expansion capital initiatives. Albin was instrumental in helping to secure over 13 million dollars in investment capital which was used to further develop the company’s technical and sales foundation. Currently, Albin serves as Vice President of Communications managing the Company’s public and investor relations programs. Prior to GSN he founded AHA Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in digital marketing and advertising. Vic Tortorici, Senior VP Sales – Mr. Tortorici brings over 40 years of food industry experience to GSN and most recently grew an in-store advertising network from 800 grocery retailers to over 12,000. His diverse and successful background in Retailing, Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing and Distribution makes him uniquely qualified to lead the Sales process for GSN. Chuck Bolkom, VP Advertising Sales - Mr. Bolkcom joins Grocery Shopping Network from Cynopsis Media, a Epublisher of television industry trade publications, where he was President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to holding that position, Chuck worked with Vuze, Inc., a broadband video content delivery network; PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Media Advisory practice and Reed Business Information, where he ran RBI’s Television Group. Duane Kolsrud, VP Client Performance – Mr. Kolsrud began his career with Russell Stover Candies (RSC), the #1 boxed chocolate company in the United States. As a Regional Sales Manager, Duane was instrumental in RSC’s products being introduced into the grocery and mass retailer sectors for the first time in company history. Mr. Kolsrud then turned his focus to loyalty marketing, joining the Carlson Marketing Group and becoming an integral part of creating, launching and ultimately managing the Gold Points Rewards network, the first national points based electronic loyalty rewards program. Duane joined GSN in 2005 and now oversees a team that is directly responsible for the day to day operations of all GSN hosted websites. Jennifer O'Donnell, Controller - Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience in the accounting field. Her comprehensive accounting and management skills compliment Grocery Shopping Network’s current growth in the marketplace. Jennifer’s knowledge of financial structure is also a great fit for this emerging business. Her accomplishments include quantifiable results that helped various companies create efficiencies that saved them extensive time and money. Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University and completed a Mini Master of Financial Management from the University of St. Thomas. Scott Remiger, CIO - Mr. Remiger began his career with GateKeeper Systems, the #1 company for parking management and traffic software in the world. As a technical support/developer, Scott was instrumental in GateKeeper System’s installations at airports and parking ramps throughout the United States. After GateKeeper Systems, Mr. Remiger went into software consulting, joining ITFirst Inc. of Minnesota where he designed and built a more cost effective physician management system providing efficiency and increased product turnaround. Scott designed a poison control call center application that is used by a many pharmaceutical companies and Health and Beauty Care product lines.
